I would describe this as being concise. It provides a list of steps necessary to preform public writing. This picture provides a framework that explains the steps that are taken to write and produce something for the public sphere. This list is quite thorough taking you from step a - step z. The only thing I would say should be included is a step for brain storming. While providing a complete example of how the process is done, its is also direct in its approach. There is no extraneous information that is not pertinent to the task at hand.
http://records.viu.ca/~soules/media301/habermas.htm This is a paper on Habermas, it goes on to furthur define the public sphere and its influence. It discusses the distinction between lifeworld and system. The public sphere is an extension of the lifeworld. The system is economy and government systems. The lifeworld being where most human actions take place. Making the government secondary in everyday life.
