Yes, that's the man who is charged with finding a way to bring the opposing sides to an agreement on how much to cut 'credit card' spending. One side wants to cut the spending by 2.5 trillion dollars and the other by a lot less, in the billions.
But Joe Biden sent out a message that he is very optimistic that the final agreed on figure will be a trillion dollars. There we go! And we thought that politicians could never agree on anything. Maybe it's this veteran politician's magic touch!
